What we are, and what we are not

We are a booking guide. We are not a tour operator, not the ferry operator and not the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, which runs the Culebra National Wildlife Refuge. Every booking is made with the operator through the platform that lists it, and their terms govern it.

How we are paid

Booking links go to Viator and GetYourGuide. When you follow one and complete a booking, the platform pays us a commission out of its own margin. You pay the same price whether or not you came through us.

Placement cannot be bought

No operator has paid to appear here, to appear higher, or to be described in a particular way. The tours featured at the top of the homepage were picked for spread: the most-reviewed catamaran snorkel and beach day from Puerto del Rey, the ferry day with a guided turtle snorkel from Ceiba, and a private charter from Sunbay Marina.

Where the figures come from

Prices, ratings, review counts, inclusions, meeting points and cancellation terms are the operators' own, as they appeared on their listings on Viator and GetYourGuide on 11 September 2026. The operators set their prices and change them without notice. Treat every price here as indicative, and confirm it on the booking page before you pay.

Facts about the island — the ferry fares, the refuge and its hours, the Luis Peña reserve, the Navy history and the climate figures — come from official sources: the ferry operator, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Puerto Rico's natural resources department, the Puerto Rico government's municipal directory and NOAA's climate normals. Those are ours to get right, and we correct them when they change.

What we leave out

Some listings describe “vibrant coral reefs” and “crystal-clear” water; no page here repeats those phrases in its own voice. One listing's overview mentions kayaking that its inclusions do not list, and no card here claims it. One private catamaran goes to Icacos by default and to Culebra only at extra cost, and its card says so. No official figure for a Flamenco Beach entry or parking fee was found, so none is printed.

Ratings are theirs, not ours

We publish no ratings of our own, and we mark up none of the operators' ratings as structured data. The star scores and review counts are shown as visible text, labelled as the operator's figures. The traveller reviews are short retellings of real reviews left on those listings, never reproduced word for word and never invented.

Your rights

Nothing here removes any right you have against the operator or the platform. Read the cancellation terms on the booking page before you pay; every tour we list refunds in full up to 24 hours ahead.
