How to reach us
Email hello@culebratour.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
Culebra Tours is a booking guide. We are not a tour operator, not the ferry and not the wildlife refuge, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator's confirmation email is the fastest route: it carries your reference and the contact the operator reads.
If your booking has a problem
Go to the company you booked through first. Every tour we list can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours ahead, and only the booking company can act on that. If your captain turned back or went to another island because of the sea, that is where a refund or a new date is arranged.
Corrections
If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Fares, meeting points and departure times all move, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. We usually correct a reported error the same week.
